Yes, a minimum of 1 hour is required.

If I go over the hour, do I have to pay for another hour?

No, after the first hour the remaining time is bill in 15 minute increments.

Absolutely! I can help clean your computer, make sure you have strong security software, and provide guidance on safe computing practices.

Can you set up new devices (laptops, printers, routers, etc..)?

Yes!

Do you work on Windows devices?

Can you help me with my smartphone?

Yes, I can help with both Apple iPhones and Android smartphones.

Yes, I can help you setup your WiFi, help secure it, and make sure it's working at the best speed possible.

Yes, I can help you setup your printer to your home network and computers, and make it work how you need it to!

Is it possible for me to drop off equipment at your office rather than scheduling a home visit?
