I am super excited to offer in-home computer support to both Rochester and Buffalo customers! I've been in business for over 20 years in Rochester and have moved back home to Buffalo to be near family.
I want to thank Rochester customers for their trust in me for the past 21 years! I will be able to support people from Rochester in person on Fridays or via remote connection any other time.
I have worked in Information Technology for over 30 years. 21 years ago, I began my own business providing house calls to those in need of computer repair and support. My focus is on respecting clients, addressing their technology needs and providing expert service.
What can I expect at a home consultation with the Geek on the Go?

I will listen to your computer problems, work to resolve them and provide instruction along the way. This may include cleaning your computer of viruses and spyware, replacing broken hardware, installing new equipment, creating or maintaining a network, advising on future tech needs, etc.
How long does it normally take to get an appointment?

I can usually service my customers within a few days, but during extremely busy times it would not be impossible to have to wait a week.

What does it cost?

I charge $100/hour (plus tax) I do not have a home visit fee. There is a 1 hour minimum.
